Description

Lisa Delaney of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention discusses her work supporting the safety and security of CDC deployers to West Africa and healthcare workers in the United States. From July of 2014 to the end of CDC's Ebola response, Delaney served as Worker Safety and Health Team Lead at the Emergency Operations Center in Atlanta, Georgia. She also deployed to Sierra Leone as a safety officer between April and May 2015.
